Portal Check-in coming October 1, 2024!
When you see the Healow icon, click on it to fill out your appointment questionnaires. Using the portal to submit your paperwork will make your check-in process and appointment day proceed more smoothly. Make sure you have an email on file with our office to receive updates about the portal and instructions on how to use it.
